Tuna relish

This is definitely one of the easiest recipes, that is if you like canned tuna of course. You can taste it while preparing so you can really make it to taste. Such an easy starter when you have unexpected visitors but definitely a hit!!!



Tuna relish
2 Servings
 
Ingredients:
80gr tuna, canned, natural

1/4 yellow onion, diced mayonnaise to taste
salt and pepper to taste
some fresh chilli (optional)
dried parsely (optional)
1. After removing the liquid of the canned tuna, place the tuna in a small bowl and with a fork try to break up the tuna as much as possible
2. In the mean time, slice the onion and blend it until very small
3. Combine the tuna with the diced onion, some mayonnaise, pepper, salt and some cut up chili (optional) and combine it well until you have a smooth paste.
Serve the relish with some toast and top it off with some dried parsley to give it some extra colour. Enjoy!
