Frozen passion fruit yogurt

No ice-cream at home but some plain yogurt and fruit in the fridge?! You can copy this recipe with any fruit you like such as strawberries, kiwis etc... It is definitely a healthier option than ice-cream you buy at the shop, and for sure, it is tasty as well!!!

Frozen passion fruit yogurt
4 Servings

Ingredients:
250 ml plain yogurt, 0% fat

2 tsp sugar (or up to your taste)
2 tsp honey
6 tbsp passion fruit (almost equal to 6 pieces of passion fruit, depending on their size)
grounded nuts for decoration

1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2. Place the passion fruit yogurt mixture in a bowl, safe enough for the freezer
3. Cover the bowl and place in freezer for 45 minutes
4. Take it out of the freezer, whisk the mixture thoroughly and put it back in the freezer for another hour
5. Once again take it out of the freezer and whisk thoroughly again and put it back in the freezer and allow for the mixture to freeze
6. Once frozen, scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls and top it off with some grounded nuts.
Enjoy!
